The practice
Venntra is a founder-led technology practice based in Hamilton, Scotland.
The founder brings over 16 years of engineering experience across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise organisations - spanning software development, platform engineering, solution architecture, data engineering, and AI implementation. That depth of experience is what you get when you work with Venntra. Not a filtered version of it passed through an account team.
The practice is deliberately kept focused. Rather than scaling headcount to take on more clients at lower quality, Venntra takes on fewer engagements and delivers them properly. Every client gets genuine attention, honest advice, and work that stands up to scrutiny.

If the architecture is wrong, we say so. If the timeline is unrealistic, we say so. Uncomfortable truths early cost less than comfortable lies late.

We work remotely by default, with in-person meetings available for clients in Central Scotland.
